Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. Body conditioning classes involve a combination of aerobics and toning.
Who can do Body Conditioning?
Our Body conditioning classes are tailored for women over 40, but they adaptable to many fitness levels and the instructor will be able to demonstrate various high and low impact options to adapt to each persons fitness level.
