Tracy will be starting a new Pilates class suitable for beginners to intermediate level on Thursday the 9th May from 3.15 to 4.15pm.
The classes will be based on a four week progressive plan
to develop strength and ability.
Pilates techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties and enable you to exercise your way to a healthy body and mind.
